With no natural enemies, these carnivores can live up to 25 years old and weigh up to 1600 pounds. Their primary diet is seal, but they will not pass up an abandoned carcass, like whale, for a free meal. With no fear of human, when the Polar Bear’s world overlaps into a human settlement things can become quite deadly.
